Exceptand parcarea si micul dejun, nu am alte nemultumiri.

Parcarea mi s-a parut destul de ingusta, in plus pietrisul si trunchiul copacului taiat ingreuneaza deplasarea anumitor masini.

Fetele de la curățenie au fost certate de o clienta pentru că era nisip în apartamentul dânsei (un duș pentru picioare la intrare în hotel cred că este necesar) Florile de pe balcon nu erau udate!

Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, când am cerut hârtie igienică, mi s-a spus ca mi se aduce imediat, dar nu am primit-o nici a doua zi, am cumpărat-o noi🤦‍♂️…șina de la draperie era ruptă, când am anunțat la recepție nu s-a transmis ca se va rezolva…bineînțeles ca nu s-a rezolvat….

Hotelul defapt eu aș spune pensiune arată bine din exterior dar in interior mai trebuie investit

Am cerut un plat suplimentar pt copil dar de la recepție mi s-a spus ca ei nu au primit solicitarea mea și nici nu ne poate ajuta cu un pat suplimentar, așa ca am dormit 3 persoane într-un pat de 1,60/2m destul de greu. Prosoapele din camera se schimba niciodată, am cerut sa ne fie schimbate prosoapele dar doamnele de la curățenie au uitat presupun deși am lăsat prosoapele pe jos așa cum ni s-a cerut🫣 Cantina unde se servește masa este destul de departe de hotel/ pensiune, plaja la fel. Aceasta este impresia noastră, noi care am fost pt prima dată în Eforie nord. Dacă alegeți acest hotel o să realizați ca mai bine dați un ban în plus și o să aveți un concediu fără nervi și stres P.S: Să luați cu voi și produse intime, am găsit în cameră doar când ne-am cazat săpun și șampon ( nu ca am fi avut nevoie) dar după ce fetița mea s-a jucat cu ele în baie altele nu au mai fost aduse în cameră
