لقد تم السحب مني مرتين حيث تم الحجز عن طريق البوكينج وتم الحجز على مبلغ 552ريال وبعد حضوري تم اخذ مبلغ الحجز مني وقد ذكرت لهم انه تم الحجز على مبلغ اعلا من الحجز في الموقع وقالو سوف يتم اعادة مبلغ الحجز عند الخروج وعند خروجي تم سحب مبلغ 540 ريال من قبل البوكينج وفي الفندق تم سحب 450 ريال 400 ريال قيمت حجز الغرفه و50 ريال قيمت موقف السياره وتم الاتصال بالفندق وإبلاغهم ولم يتجاوبو معي أرجو التاكد من الحجز عند الحجز بالبطاقه الأتمانيه بأنه اما ان يتم سحب المبلغ فوراً او ان الحجز لايطلب في الحجز البطاقه الاتمانيه ويكون السداد في الفندق لأنك إذا تم ادخال البطاقه لايعود لك كما حدث لي ولم اجد تجاوب

الموقع ممتاز. ومواقف السيارات ونظافتها ومميزه جدا. موظفات الاستقبال والموظفين كلهم اخلاقهم عالية شكر خاص للأخت / هدى.

لم يعجبني سعر البوفيه. ياليت تعيدوا النظر في الاسعار. خاصة ظروف الناس في السفر والميزانية والعدد يحكمون على المصاريف.

Odalar temiz otel temiz di personel ilgiliydi ravzaya yakınlığı çok iyi bayram sabahı çocuklar ve oradaki misafirler için yapılan organizasyon çok iyiydi.ailecek kalınacak oteldir öneririm

Otel çok yoğun olmamasına rağmen ravza manzaralı odayı istedik ama gerekli ilgi çok gösterilmedi otelin dolu olduğu söylendi ama bizce çok yoğunluk yoktu

"Astım hastasıyım rahat uyudum bu benim için çok önemli temiz bir otel"

İlk iki gün yemekhane ufak hizmet biraz daha ehven idi bunu ilettik daha sonra hizmeti ve çeşitleri arttirdilar otel çok temiz yataklar rahat ancak mescide 700 metre her namaz gel git yaparken gençler için belki problem değil ama biraz daha yaşlılar için sıkıntı. Yakın oteller ise ya çok pahalı veya bu temizlikte konforda değil . Gene konaklardim.
