The breakfast was symbolic. Went out for breakfast

The hotel is located in Down town Alexandria and it is accessible everything. I intend to stay only for 2 night but end up extending another night as the reception Mr. Ayman has given me perspective to explore Alexandria. He is very knowledgeable of the place and where to visit.

I would like to formally complain about my recent stay Unfortunately, the bed sheets in the room were torn and not clean, which is completely unacceptable and does not meet basic hygiene standards. In addition, breakfast was not provided as advertised at the time of booking. These issues caused great inconvenience and disappointment during my stay. I expected a much better level of service based on your hotel’s description and reputation. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take the necessary action, including appropriate compensation.

Very nice staff available 24/7. Amazing view over Alex.

Getting hot water in the shower required a lot of waiting for the boiler. I got two separate beds instead of one big bed, as requested. There were loud construction works in the building on Saturday afternoon. It was really hard to find the hotel. There were no good signs.

The place felt safe, the stuff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, spacious rooms, nice staff, clean, lift was functional

Bit tricky to find at first, but once you find the entrance (in the side street) it’s all good!

The location is perfect, the room is spacious and clean, and the view is magnificent. Mr. Ayman from reception is very knowledgeable and helpful.
