The hotel's location was excellent, and the restaurant had a beautiful view. The bakery items and pastries were very good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially ( Amira )from Housekeeping, who was very professional and kind. The housekeeping team, security staff, lifeguards, and food & beverage employees were all welcoming and courteous. However, the chefs were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which affected our dining experience.

Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations. • The room initially had an unpleasant smell due to poor ventilation, especially in the bathroom. After we reported the issue, the hotel changed our room, which we appreciated. • The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. • The room view was not as advertised on Booking.com. Instead of the described view, the room overlooked a back area. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and this information was not disclosed on Booking.com before our arrival. This significantly affected our stay, and we lost two days of our vacation because of it. Had we known in advance, we would have postponed our trip until the maintenance work was completed. • We were charged a higher rate than the price confirmed through Booking.com, with a difference of more than 400 EGP. • Hygiene standards in the restaurant need improvement. We found a hair in the fruit salad, and we noticed that food was being handled without proper protective equipment such as hairnets and gloves. While we appreciate the hotel's response in changing our room after our complaint, the other issues remained unresolved. We hope management will improve transparency, hygiene standards, and overall guest experience in the future.

الفطار سيء ولا يوجد تنوع ، الخبز غير موجود لمدة نصف ساعه ننتظر ، العصير غير بارد بسبب وجودة تحت اشعة الشمس طلبنا بطانيه ثلاث مرات حتى حصلنا عليا
