Cleanliness, staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpfull

Receptionists are not friendly. Limited facilities as only one card for the room despite my room was family suite ...how 4 persons can use one card only?!!!!!😡😡😡 Cant call the reception or bellman from the room telephone as no info about their numbers or how to conract them☹️☹️
