Room good billung is not proper channel

When I called from abroad requesting for early check in in a lodge very close to the temple, they demanded to book for 2 days, and declined to accommodate early. Since we were landing in the early morning flight. But palakunnel staff were understanding and customer Friendly. They accommodated 4 hours early chek in by understanding our situation wihtout charging extra. My sincere thanks to generosity they showed to us. It is in walkable distance from the temple and neatly maintained rooms. AC was good enough and it was pleasant stay.. i recommend this hotel for anybody who have any special requests. They are very kind and a d friendly staff.

Early morning the shutter was closed. So we could not recognise the entrance until I called the staff. May be security measure though not a complaint.

Not even a proper window to outside.
