I didn't like anything. It was worst experience

It was worst experience. I booked through OYO app and paid complete amount in the application itself. But, when I reached to the hotel, the staffs didn't allowed me to stay with my booking status. They told we can't give room, they asked me to pay extra amount of on top of my payment. In the midnight I didn't had any other option to pay them. They charged me 360Rs extra on OYO charges 1640Rs which I was paid before traveling to hotel. This kind disgusting service I never experienced in the past. I would recommend others to don't book any rooms in OYO.
