"budget hotel"

It was in the good position for me, not far from Via Appia, but in general is not a very good position. You can park your car in a private open area, and this is positive to me. They clean the room every day, very positive!

The bedroom is really little: there's not enogh space between the TV-set and the bed (less then 50 cm). No power points, only one in the bathroom. I needed two and I used the one connected to the TV (luckily I don't care about TV!).

the room was clean

dark hallways. groups of males hanging around the parking lot at night. no breakfast. restaurant only open 2 of 4 days. room cleaner unlocking and walking in. had to ask for AC to be turned on. could not get wifi working. tv only produced broken up picture

The location is perfect if you wanna visit more cities around Castelli Romani, you need the car since there are no buses around.
