Lemon Green Residency - Hotel and Serviced Apartments

Clean, good amenities, spacious. The room I stayed in was well furnished, plumbing was modern and new. Overall very comfortable. I placed a few orders for food and Blinkit online and the staff were prompt in helping me coordinate and get it to my room. Wi-Fi was strong and the place has power backup as well. I stayed here as this locality is close to work, and compared to the Sheraton and Hilton options in the same vicinity this one was incredible value for money. While the entrance at the basement can seem shady at the first glance, it’s all uphill from here.

1. The location is not optimal if you need to travel frequently outside the property. The gully roads are extremely clogged by traffic, especially if you are travelling to the maidan Garhi side. I stayed here for 4-5 days and felt the inconvenience. I would not be staying here again if I am visiting with the intent of commuting outside the property even twice a day. 2. The property manager - the same person at the reception who does the billing could do with some hospitality training in his manner of speaking and tone, though he was helpful overall. Also noted this same feedback other reviewers have left here. The other staff are polite and helpful.

Overall, a good place to stay

But I found my beds to be quite uncomfortable.. bathroom geyser/ceiling was leaking

The room was very clean and very comfortable in this serviced apartment residency. The bathroom was modern and clean and the water hot! There was a TV and it was the perfect place for a night before our flight back home. The neighbourhood was also good and very close to a super nice Nepalese little restaurant called Yes chef (the best momos ever!). The staff was also very kinds and super helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast was disappointing. It wasn’t very good (we received a bland and soggy egg sandwich) and not much was available. For the price paid it was average. In other places, for the same price point, we got a much better breakfast, more filling and yummy. Not a reason to not book here because the place is very clean and worth it, but at least you know not to expect anything crazy.
