Non c’è organizzazione, le ragazze in reception erano maleducate e non attente al cliente. Non c’era nessuno all’ingresso della piscina e non si capiva assolutamente nulla su come poter entrare e uscire. Per uscire appunto bisogna avere un badge che non ci ha dato nessuno. La stanza era male, sporca. Nel bagno era pieno di muffa nella doccia e la tavoletta del wc era rotta. Per un hotel di 4 stelle ti aspetti di più.
