I was there for two nights to relax and returned more exhausted.. - I paid for double bed, they provided twin bedroom - all the power sockets were out of the wall, most of them not working - The chair was broken, I almost hurt myself - shower had drainage issues, all the shower heads were full of buildup from hard water and not working properly - many places had spider webs, spiders, very lousy cleaning - breakfast only has meat options, white bread was not chewable, no fruits or any options for vegetarian - Housekeeping lady locked me in my room from outside “by mistake”. The phone was not working, no one could hear me, I had to order food from application and when it arrived after an hour, receptionist luckily came up and unlocked my door. - I asked for compensation next morning when checking out, they said no. I didn’t had any cash on me and they refused to help with taxi to bus station.

Pools were clean and nice. Pizza was delicious, staff was hospitable most of the time. Breakfast was quite delicious.

Nice room and friendly staff. But after 18.00 you have no where to eat. All the restaurants were closed. Reception was often unstaffed and internet was not working at all. Damaged and old pool chairs with no tables available. Poor food choices and poor food quality, except for pizza, that was very tasty. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel.
