"Lovely short stay"

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff and modern surroundings. The bed so comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Also they had gluten free toast and other options for breakfast with was a major plus.

"Great place - would have been excellent if we could only have got a drink!!"

Great location, clean, large comfy room and good breakfast.

We arrived just in time to check in and get down to the bar for a much needed drink. Unfortunately the key we were issued with didn’t work. Not a short walk back to reception, new key card issued, back to room, bags in, walk to the bar, request drink, told no longer serving - at 11.02pm!!Appreciate licence laws etc but not good, it was the hotels issue re the keys and as residents this could have been resolved.

Reception staff very thorough and polite. Rooms very clean and well decorated.

The elevator wasn’t working but I know that is an unforeseen circumstance that couldn’t be helped
