Village Hotel Chester St David's

Although busy it wasn’t overcrowded Very welcoming Carol on reception was great We have a Village Hotel where we live in Nottingham and have used it for events The brand is great

The late night wedding but understand why Didn’t like the fact for room cleaning you need to notify the night before

Had all facilities on site if you wished to use them Staff very helpful and welcoming Room was sufficient for stay

Paying for car park

Good facilities (gym, pool, sauna)

Overpriced rooms whenever there’s an event booked, roadworks on the roundabout so you’re diverted through Hawarden, bad signal in the room, poor room service (my food wasn’t even delivered - I had to get a refund and spend the night hungry all because there was a wedding on and staff didn’t get my order correct). Really really disappointing and it’s not the first time I’ve felt well and truly ripped off by this hotel

Being charged to park! It's a hotel, parking should be included and made clearer there is a charge. Noise from the floor above. Sounded like furniture being moved plus heavy footsteps. Went on into the evening and started again about 06.30. Unacceptable.
