Mentor Resort

A great vacation spot for people with children. It has a playground, a huge green meadow where children can run, toys at their disposal, a mini zoo, and the pool is designed to prevent slipping and injuries. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the food was amazing! It left a great impression on us that it is prepared with homemade products. The rooms were clean and cozy. We would definitely visit this place again!

The location and the size of the apartament

Mediocre food, staff is totally unprepared to meet basic customer needs; no options for entertainment; bathroom and terrace were not cleaned at all during our stay

Location was good, villa was spacious, our daughter very much enjoyed the animals next to the hotel. We drove to the nearby village of Teshovo, which offers great views of the surrounding mountains and has a large old church that is worth seeing.

When we arrived, there was no heating turned on in the villa and it was quite chilly. The patio furniture were extremely dirty - there was dirt and animal excrements all over one of the chairs. After we asked for the furniture to be cleaned up, they took away that one chair - it was beyond cleaning up. There were stains on one of the pillows, they changed the pillow cases upon our request. There were only 2 sets of towels even though we booked for two adults and a child, the sofa in the living room was made up. Overall cleanliness was not impressive. The fridge in the villa did not seem to have been cleaned lately, there was hair on the bathroom sink. Food in the restaurant was okay but we found it a little overpriced for the quality and quantity offered.

Great place to stay in Bulgaria! Nice facilities, friendly staff, very children and pet friendly and top-notch kitchen. Even a small own zoo in the resort itself.

The walkway around the zoo was still unter construction but usable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The villa was spacious and we'll decorated, had a small fridge. The resort was very quiet and peaceful, we managed to relax and recharge. The restaurant was very cozy and the food really delicious. Even the home-made rakia was good. We had the same options to choose from for breakfast (all were delicious) and the coffee was really good. The animals just added to the charm of the property and if travelling with children they woukd be a great attraction.

The villa wasn't cleaned well, it looked like no one had been in there for months with a lot of dust and even opened water in the fridge and woman's razor in the bathroom.
