MYLovely restoration, building, furniture, accessories, painting, plants....all designed well. Ideal location to walk around Georgetown heritage area, with loads of shops and dining choices. Hotel provides tea and snacks, which was nice.
Sadly not managed well - given a room and was told it was an upgrade. Was too exhausted the 1st night to notice but the next day, saw a lot of dust all over the room. Was obviously not used or cleaned for some time. Management got it cleaned but was tense after i complained. Breakfast was basic - better to eat outside.

NLThe staff was very helpful and friendly. Besides the provided breakfast, there was also a complimentary high-tea after checking-in which was nice for unwinding from the journey. The breakfast was adequate, there was a good selection. Though there's no designated parking, there is still an open lot 1-3 minutes away that wasn't expensive.
We rented the Muntri suites which might not have been serviced as often as the other rooms. There was dust accumulated at different spots in the suite and also dust mites found on my bed. Additionally, there was an ash tray left with cigarette butts, soaking in rain water in the courtyard. It rained heavily during our stay and the suite had a leak. The place did not meet our expectations.

- The air conditioning and the room has lots of mold - the phone wasn’t working - there are holes in the door so any size of insect can come in and the room is never cooled down as the hot air is coming in constantly - There’s no cleaning, they take rubbish and make up the beds, the rest is all dusty, there are literally layers of dust on every furniture and black mold on the walls - The fridge is very weak - Breakfast? Don’t even get me started … There’s no choice and no guests, I wonder why …. - Mosquitos, spiders, be ready to host all of them every night - No rubbish bins, they use 2 small vases instead - Windows are blurred in all rooms so no natural light is coming
