I chose this accommodation because it offers private parking around the building, which is highly convenient for guests. Additionally, it is located quite close to Penang Hill, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the area. The hotel also features a water dispenser at the concourse level, ensuring access to hydration. I was upgraded to another due to an issue with my originally booked room. All in all, the deluxe room is cozy and spacious room. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

"Have no expectation. The bed is great for a good nite’s sleep. Location is the best."

The best location for me and my family.

The water heater had problem 2 nights before we were going to check out but they have no one to fix these things over the weekend. I was lucky I could shower and clean up at my relative’s home.
