Oλα ήταν μια χαρά στο ξενοδοχείο. Μεγάλα δωμάτια για άνετη διαμονή και καθαρό. 20-25 λεπτά με το (τακτικό) τραμ από το κέντρο της πόλης, σε μια περιοχή επιχειρήσεων κυρίως, χωρίς γειτονιά τριγύρω. Οι παροχές ήταν οι βασικές, χωρίς πολυτέλειες, αλλά αυτό είναι εμφανές εξαρχής στην περιγραφή των δωματίων
