Helpful staff. good location.

Poor cleanliness. Toilets were very dirty. No proper housekeeping staff was deputed. Even after telling the staff to clean, they did not clean the toilet.

The stay was delightful with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing ambiance. Excellent service,

One of your guys called and said that can we change your hotel and I said only if the facilities will be the same and in the new one there was nothing like no parking space, no kitchen and I wouldn't have minded this if they told me this before but they didn't told me about this and the room was not clean the flush button was not working i ordered a tea which never came.And when I tried about telling this to the fab customer care he said that okay I will apply for your refund.Like bro your should have told me this before you changed my hotel that facilities will be less.I even asked him but he said it will be same.I would've not mind by paying 400 more for that.
