Staff were very polite and helpful. Toilet was neat and clean.

There is an issue with cleanliness, hot water kettle tea and coffee sachets were not available. There was no laundry service as well.

Best hotel in New Delhi staff is too good and good hospitality

The staff. The check in took more than half an hour. Because they won’t accept soft copies of ids. The room smelled bad and was suffocating. Ac was not working neither was the exhaust of bathroom. They didn’t even provide toilet paper, they didn’t have any toilet paper. Geyser was also not working. Frequent power cuts. They don’t even allow Zomato delivery guy to enter the property. Room did not have any chairs to sit and eat. The sheets were torn and not cleaned properly, had drops of water on them. Only one dirty towel was provided.
