La struttura è molto bella ed esteticamente curata nei dettagli, con spazi accoglienti e con una vista meravigliosa. La colazione offre alternative per vegani e per le intolleranze alimentari. L’acqua della piscina era ben riscaldata e molto piacevole.

Nel nostro caso purtroppo la cena non era affatto all’altezza di un cinque stelle e abbiamo dovuto lasciare un piatto, perché era immangiabile. Inoltre abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte la reception dalla stanza senza mai ricevere risposta e alle 10:30 in punto, orario di check-out, senza prima essere chiamati o avvisati, sono venuti a prenderci le valigie in stanza. Purtroppo manca l’attenzione al cliente e l’accoglienza tipica del 5 stelle. Tra l’altro all’arrivo non viene offerto nessun aperitivo di benvenuto e abbiamo trovato la reception vuota con un cameriere di passaggio che si è fermato al bancone guardando il telefono e senza nemmeno salutare o degnarci di uno sguardo. Avevamo prenotato anche per giugno, ma vista l’esperienza abbiamo cancellato.

It the best retreat hotel I have been! All is perfect started from design and scent continuing with spa facilities and service. Proper experience of fine dining and variety and local and bio food. The most spectacular thing is of course the view. All the hotel is designed, so you could get this experience of being fascinated of the mountains and nature Thanks a lot for team of the hotel. Hope to come back

Gibt nichts auszusetzen, da das Hotel nichts für meine Hausstauballergie kann. Auf irgendetwas in dem Hotel habe ich reagiert. Aber wie gesagt, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Top Service super Frühstück sowie Abendessen und immer gute Weine und Drinks.

Einfach ALLES war traumhaft ♡ Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und doch gemütlich. Das Essen war jedesmal eine absolute Geschmacks explosion. Die Behandlung im Spa, war Tiefenentspannung pur. Überhaupt das ganze Personal war unheimlich freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert- wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely, lovely lovely! Everything was brilliant! From the staff, room, food, heated pool and all the facilities are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional

It is a little bit difficult to keep up with the timings - ie no one at reception at night and orders to be placed beforehand. Also, no food / drink service by the pool which is much needed
