The staff is very helpful

The place is dirty, there isn’t always hot water for showering The breakfast is very poor and it’s on another entirely different hotel and you have to walk to it. Also, the location of the hotel is in a dangerous area and we felt very unsafe walking there

The staff was very polite and the location great! The hotel is situated in the old city part, so we were in the middle of the local area which was great. There were tuk-tuks right outside, so it was easy to get anywhere. We felt safe around the hotel, also walking alone to sights during the daytime.

The shower was not always warm, but that is a general problem.. It could have been cleaner, but for the price it was satisfying.
