The IVY Grand Hotel - Luxury living in City Centre Near Connaught Place

I truly felt scammed. I booked and paid for two days but ended up staying only three hours and ran from hotel, without even asking for a refund. The entire hotel was in very poor condition and appeared damaged. When I arrived, there was a man sleeping at the front door. The beds were not properly clean — there were hairs on the sheets and blood stains on the pillow. Dust would rise into the air whenever anything was touched. The place was extremely noisy as well. At one point, a staff member provided small Sunsilk shampoo sachets instead of proper toiletries. The bathroom had holes and was clearly not maintained. I could not tolerate staying there for more than three hours. The images shown on Booking.com are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. They appear to be fake. I strongly advise others not to book this place.

Budgeted hotel with clean and neat bedding... ok services.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Abdul and Mahindra and Geeta were exceptionally good. Rooms quiete despite the hotel being in a very busy area.

Location was slightly difficult to access.

The hotel had a friendly and lively atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
