"Superb"

Wonderful breakfast a great location for our stay in Chiang Mai. It is located on the Sunday Night Market street which is very convenient, but keep that in mind if sensitive to noise and staying on a Sunday.

"Charming little hotel"

Charming atmosphere and a lot of space for Hanging Out right in the center of the old city. On Sunday live band with good vibes and Sunday Market in front of the door. Rooms are old fashioned but comfortable.

The traffic on the road in front of the building can be problematic if your room is facing that side.

"Exceptional"

Everything was like expected - nice colonial style house, good facilities, nice staff, balcony - we stayed on the top floor, it was super nice to have a cold drink on the balcony at night!

Beautiful old wooden house in the centre of the old town. Charming live music in the evening.

"Charming, but on its way to being neglected"

The location was great—within walking distance to many restaurants and temples. The street it is in becomes a walking street night market on Saturdays so it's very convenient if you're staying over the weekend. The bed was comfortable and the air con was quiet. The size of the shower room was good.

At check-in, there was no welcome other than the standard key handover. In the room, there was no information about the hotel and its offering, such as Wifi login, breakfast times, sights to see recommendations (these details were left in the room on the next day only). The towels were smelly - thank goodness they were changed the next day. The bathroom needed a good clean; there was hair in the shower, and the grout of the shower floor was dirty. The shower doors hadn't been cleaned in a while!

Old colonial type residence. Wasn't sure about room at first as it was old furniture but suited style of building. Everything was super clean and all staff were great, helpful and so polite. Great location and super relaxed
