La posizione è strategica. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il fascino che emana questo edificio in stile coloniale, elegante e accogliente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

The style of the building, 40-50.. Need some refresh works. The cleaning lady was a + , compare to the rest of the team. Lovely person.

Because of the over booking of the planes to Luang Prabang, I had to leave two days before the end of my reservation. They refuse to give me a discount or a credit for next year. This was my second stay in the hotel. I havre been here last year and this year for 3 weeks each time. So asking for a discount for two days seems to be quiet reasonable ! What to do, next year I will find a other place to stay.. And it’s not about the money, just about elegance..

Great location, old style property with charm. Good music on weekends and the staff are friendly.

Staff were friendly and location is superb.

Having chosen to stay here on numerous occasions we were disappointed with some of the changes: breakfast is no longer included in the price, the bar lacked atmosphere and there was live music only on one night of the five that we stayed. The new features in the bar area that personally we didn’t like was the TV screen (instead of the map)the paved lighting strips and the fish tank. On our first few visits there were fresh flowers in the rooms and not an A4 list of dos and don’ts which was not very welcoming. There was a problem with the smells of sewage in the bathroom and the shower was not efficient. Guest packs which included soap I discovered on the bar on day 3. Despite that we enjoyed our 5 days in Chiang Mai and appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
