I went to a hotel, and it is in a congested location. The front desk staff is very unprofessional towards guests, and the rooms are so small—not good for a family stay.

They denied to offer break fast

When I reached batra hotel I was not given room there but was taken to some other hotel named sunrise vista. I was charged 1500 for airport pickup and 4032 for room without any breakfast or any other service. I didn't find it a value for money. Somehow I had to manage to stay.

We booked last minute and the hotel price was exceeding any average for the poor quality offered. We were only interested in something near to the station that looks alright to have a shower, sleep a bit after a long flight, and safe our luggages for a few hours. The hotel didn't have our room for three guest ready and accommodated us in a double room. Later he changed us to the other room only because we asked for it. Both rooms were dirty, sheets and towels weren't clean at all. We didn't have a shower and this is a scam if you pretend to find something clean and nice as the pictures showed. I was checking many hotels and reviews and ended up in this place but I won't recommend this hotel as it was the worst in all my stay in India so far and my experience is nothing compared to what I have read.
