Camera spaziosa, posizione centrale con un parcheggio adiacente. Personale gentile.

La colazione è buona, ma non è il massimo, consiglierei di arrichirla e migliorarla, in particolare il cappuccino.

Het ontbijt, dit was echt ondermaats, slecht kwaliteit van gebruikte producten. Wel een pluim voor de man die het ontbijt verzorgde. Zeer vriendelijk en hardwerkende man

The pool was nice. The food was very good for breakfast and dinner. The personnel gave us information about sightseeing places in Creta (even though they were not organizing a trip to Knossos themselves). They organized early breakfast for us on the last day, as we left early for the airport.

It was noisy during the night because of people coming back from parties and speaking loud in the balconies or in corridor. The air conditioning was not functioning properly for several days, the issue was solved only a few days before we left, although we announced in several days that this was a problem. There was little space in the drawers for the cloths of three persons. At first, it was not very clear if we can have early breakfast (to go) or come earlier for breakfast, but we clarified this eventually.

Good location near the sea, beach clubs and restaurants and shops. Pool is not so big, but clean and also the garden is well mantained and furnished with new sunbeds and cute pool bar. Regarding our room - executive suite - it was quite big for 4 people, two sleeping in the sofa bed. Tha shower is the high spot of the bathroom, very large and really perfect. Room was very clean and fully furnished with boiler for tea, mini-bar fridge cooling perfectly and also air condition very good working. Sofa is confortable. We loved the style of the furniture, it matched the photographs exactly. Bed is very confortable.

The only thing I can not understand is the sink in the centre of the bathroom standing on a little table, good design loking, but not so easy to shave or look in the mirror beacause is not so close to it, and the WC, because it is inside a very little opaque glass cabin, it seems to be in a phone-box. But it has a little window and air intake.

פחות אהבתי: התפריט חוזר על עצמו כמעט בכל בוקר עם שינויים קלים בלבד, וחסר גיוון בלחמים. מלצה לשיפור: להרחיב את מגוון הלחמים והמאפים ולהכניס רוטציה רחבה יותר במנות כדי לרענן את החוויה מיום ליום.

Boutique hotel molto bello e ben tenuto, pulizia top sia nelle parti comuni che nelle stanze. Noi abbiamo scelto mezza pensione, ricco buffet della colazione sia dolce che salata, yogurt greco super. Cena sempre a buffet con molta verdura, 2/3 tipi di carne e 1 tipo di pesce, da buoni italiani abbiamo evitato il più possibile la pasta in quanto non di nostro gusto. L' hotel si trova in una cittadina ben servita con molti ristoranti,bar e negozi (supermarket molto ben fornito e con prezzi buoni a 2 min a piedi) rovescio della medaglia,anche molto affollata e quindi abbastanza sporca. Le spiaggie più vicine,5 min circa a piedi, non ci hanno convinto per niente, piccole e sovraffollate con conseguente sporcizia dovuta sia alla maleducazione dei turisti ma anche all' incuria dei gestori. Di conseguenza ci spostavamo nella spiaggia di Saradaris(20/25 min a piedi), molto più pulita e con meravigliose acque cristalline, anche questa spiaggia non molto grande ma siamo sempre riusciti a trovare posto, c' è un pezzo di spiaggia libera e una attrezzata. Consiglio vivamente almeno un' escursione, ci sono molte agenzie in loco che propongono varie gite e attività.

Per quanto riguarda l' hotel nulla da dire, unica pecca i letti dei bimbi, erano davvero molto duri e scomodi !
