The room was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, close to the city center and train station. Hieu in the reception was very kind and helpful. 100% recommended.

"Okay if cheap"

The location. I only stayed a few hours so I could walk to the train station. Is also away from the main tourist spots so you can find authentic restaurants and cafes

Strong smell of insecticide. The roof in the bathroom was leaking in several places. The door to the bathroom was very heavy and difficult to slide close. Tv was only in Vietnamese or YouTube.

"You get what you pay for..."

The room was spacious and the team were friendly. Not too far from the train station on foot or by Grab. If you stay make sure to go for a bigger room with balcony or window. Had budget promise but you get what you pay for...

We got very badly bitten on both nights - maybe just unlucky but both the sofa and the bed left their mark! Window didn't close fully so there is constant street noise. Floor hadn't been cleaned, so feet and socks were black with dirt, and bath floor mat hadn't been changed from the previous occupier. Cleaning and maintenance is not a strong point. A bit of a tidy and sort and this place would be great value for money!

"Value for money if you are ready to insist"

The location is good. When I reported that hot water is barely warm it was promised to be fixed and it was fixed the next day. Thanks.

I booked the room with a balcony and when I came two hours after booking it turned out that the room wasn't available. Well I was offered another room but for a higher price. We agreed after some negotiation and I was satisfied but I'd prefer to avoid such an experience.
