"Lo que no te da, te quita!"

Estar con mi madre y mi mascota.

No tener la habitación preparada a las 14:00, el día del check-in aunque nos dijeron que estaría lista. Que se pague tanto por la mascota a cambio de NADA.... Habitación muy justita. El desayuno muy triste. Lo peor es la calidad pésima de la TV, no se veían muchos canales, envié fotos al establecimiento, de hecho.....me dijeron que era culpa de las antenas. Evidentemente, si se todo esto, no hubiera elegido este hotel. Si leen las respuestas del responsable de responder reseñas.....es tremendo.....como dice Sam Walton, me han dado motivos para gastar mi dinero en otro lugar... Ni volvería ni lo recomiendo.

Es muy acogedor y familiar. La plantilla es de 10. Con Clara de la limpieza, la señora que nos atendió en recepción con pelo corto cano fue genial y quien nos sirvió el desayuno fue superior en todos los sentidos para darle un 10

El desayuno y el trato del personal fueron excelentes. Una piscina y jardín muy agradables.

El que no hubiera recepción al llegar, y nos costó un poco abrir la puerta de acceso al hotel. Por fortuna, al llamar al teléfono de atención nos atendieron muy amablemente y resolvieron el problema.
