Please note that a city tax of EUR 4,90 (high season) or EUR 3,10 (low season) per person per night is not included in the price. Norderney Island is partially car free. The schedule for Norderney’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Norddeich Ferry Port to Norderney Island is approximately 50 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Norddeich Ferry Port, which has a large car park. When booking our tower suite with whirlpool, please note that it is spread over three levels, connected by narrow, steep, space-saving stairs. As a highlight, our tower suite on the third level offers a whirlpool with a view over the entire island.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Die sehr zentrale Lage. Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit viel Abwechslung, bei dem immer zügig nachgelegt wurde. Gemütliche Bar mit großer Auswahl und engagierten Barkeepern. Durchweg sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Große Außenterrasse und beheizter und überdachter Wintergarten. Das Zimmer hatte ansprechende Beleuchtung und genügend Steckdosen. Großer Spiegel über Eck im Bad und auch Ablagemöglichkeiten, wenn das Bad auch recht klein war.-

Die Komfortzimmer sind von Lage und Zuschnitt recht unterschiedlich, da sollte man sich vorher informieren. Die Handtücher waren sehr dünn und zum Teil verschlissen. Das Badezimmer (Zimmer 322) wirkte auf Grund der grauen Wand- und Bodenfarbe (keine Fliesen) sehr trist und war offensichtlich schon älter. Der Bodenbelag in den Bädern ist eher ungewöhnlich und müsste zumindest in diesem Zimmer dringend erneuert werden, ist überhaupt nicht einladend. Entspricht nicht dem 4 Sterne-Standard des Hotels.- Beim Frühstück gab es nur Mini-Servietten und Ersatz nur auf Nachfrage, sollten eigentlich bereitliegen.
