The brakes from one of the scooters are very bad and should be replaced

Hugo and his family are the nicest people, made us feel welcome from the start. The homestay was perfect, one of the best we have stayed while in Vietnam. Our room was clean and really spacious with a large balcony. The bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. The homestay is about a 25 minute walk to the main road in Phong Nha, which meant it was lovely and quiet. We rented a scooter from Hugo and he advised on best places to visit and scenic routes to ride. The pool was fantastic after a day of exploring. Hugo also arranged our onward travel to Hue, dropping us off at the bus top too. Thank you Hugo for such a wonderful stay ❤️

Hugo was super helpful for organising stuff. The rooms were spacious and the pool was super! The breakfasts were ample and it was quiet and chilled.
