The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the pool is a nice add-on. Location is right next to the center.

If you like ti sleep with an open window, ask for a room away from the road.

Good breakfast. Good l9cation right next to good restaurants and on sight parking.

We stayed in the outer building and the room was very old fashioned poor lighting, the double bed was horrible and couldn't get in to it from both sides. Shower was very very small and not inviting. The pool is not heated and water was freezing. Booking this place was the most expensive hotel we paid for during our whole vacation and unfortunately did not feel was worth it.

Kleiner Abzug bei der Lage, liegt aber nicht am Hotel, eher am Ort: Man muss vom Tiefland ca. 20 Minuten eine steile Straße langsam hochfahren, um den Ort zu erreichen. Wer Volos als Hauptziel hat, für den ist es ggf. etwas umständlich. Wer die Berge von Plilion und dessen Bergdörfer kennen lernen will, eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Das Hotel selbst ist fantastisch, es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatzhof, verschiedene Gebäude, einen Pool (wir waren im November dort, daher keine Bewertung), das Zimmer war top, der Empfang sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut. Portaria ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort, mit niedlichen Straßenzügen und tollen Wandergebieten in die Berge, Restaurants gibt es genügend. Es war unser letzter Abend vor dem Rückflug, sehr spontan gebucht, zum Glück.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug, also Koffer selbst tragen. Hilfe gibt es natürlich immer.
