In diesem Hotel ist alles so wie es sein muss! Einfach mega schön DANKE. Abendessen wunderbar fein und Frühstück perfekt. Zimmer wunderbar schön. Personal super freundlich. Lage sehr schön am See. Danke für alles.

NICHTS

The hotel was located right next to the train station. They own the area around the lake and has a very private area for the guests. We stayed 3 nights and booked the small lake-side apartment. The scenery was superb! lake in front of your door with unbeatable view. Everything was organized very well. I booked a banquet and a small cake for my wife's birthday, The staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was one of the best that I've every visited. And as a guest, you can book 3-course menu for only 55CHF -- this is a super good deal.

We booked one 3-course menu for each person. After we had 2 courses, they brought us the cake (without dessert) -- So we naturally thought the small cake was a replacement of the 2 dessert from the menu. But when we checkout, they charge extra fees for that. The front-desk staff (different one that morning) keep saying they put extra effort in making the cake and will charge more, and was pretty unfriendly. I asked if this is the extra, then where was our two desserts? They canceled it without any notice. At least they should inform us about it. It took me quite some time to finally resolve this issue after the staff asked her manager.

Schönes historisches Hotel in toller Lage. Sehr nettes Personal.

Zimmereinrichtung ist auch ein bisschen historisch. Könnte moderner sein. Restaurant ist für die geforderten Preise nicht gut genug.
