Did not give us a room even when the booking was confirmed the day before. Had to find somewhere else to stay. Obviously not a 5-star hotel…

Uncleaned room, poor staff behaviour, geyser not working, no drinking water, uncleaned towel, noisy AC, no help from staff for carrying the luggage to first floor, no lift.

Rooms, washrooms and facilities are okay and didn't provided water and need to purchase water bottles seperately
