the pillow is lousy. it does not support my neck. tilam dah keras. bath room no place to put toileteries. the mirror is suitable for Ibrahim Pendek. The TV does not function. n is not user friendly. the light in ROOM 103 IS DIM. the cable tie in the wc is thin and easily broke. the online reservation process is tricky and too long. why do i need to download the apps. it took me 30mins b4 i confirm my reservation.
