Hotel vinayak inn

A nice, clean simple hotel. I had a non-AC room on the ground floor (= AC room, but they cut the power to the AC unit) with attached bathroom. Everything worked (when power on, see "what didn't you like"): electrics and plumbing, and no exposed Indian wiring. It was cool enough in June with just the ceiling fan. The bed was large and comfortable. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Free WiFi had strong signal, useful because mobile was weak. Not too far to walk to markets, ghats and railway station. There is a ghat very close by: cross footbridge by Antarman hotel.

Electricity was frequently interrupted (just lighting, not fan).

In this hotel, I had worst experience in entire Uttarakhand. they don’t have proper rooms, rooms were very dirty, AC was not working, there were ants roaming around, no water, no proper food facility, they only deal in cash, you have to pay compulsory high service charges, location of hotel was also bad, if there is a power cut only one fan and tube light will work, don’t expect charging A/C etc, geyser was also not available, try nearby hotels they are far better and cheaper than what you see here. Staff was very rude and not even listening

It's just a room nothing else

Breakfast was not complimentary. Location okay. No proper restaurant.

1. No water bottle initially. 2. Water Bottle was provided later that too with extra charges (they told) but finally not included in the bill. 3. Physical bill not ready by an hour after conveying the timing of check out.

Location is quite good

Not value for money in any way. I paid 2487 per day and it's not worth it. Room was so tiny, Geyser was not working, after so many requests, they didn't fix it, they didn't give us AC remote, I needed to call them many times to adjust the AC, if u want to watch TV, U need to recharge it by own, don't ever use their cab service. They took 1800 to drop in Dehradun airport. They took every penny from us but They didn't return us the changes. We ordered food and didn't delivered upto 3 hours.

Uncomfortable room..

No parking.. Very small. Room.. Price is very.. No value for money at all
