Hotel Refresh Blue

Fabulous location right on the beach. Lovely spacious room with a fantastic view of the beach. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Great breakfast and food in the restaurant was top class. Overall a great stay and great value.

The view from floor 2, ocean facing room is truly stunning! You can hear the waves whilst lying in bed, or sitting on the verandah watching the shore. The room is supremely comfortable, spacious and light. Staff are very kind.

The very noisy music till 11pm. We didn't realise there was no lift, and having 5 tiny women carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs is less than ideal. Breakfast is fine but food was often cold, toast barely cooked, and served in a slightly chaotic way of tea/ coffee and juice often served at the end of the meal.

Mycket bra läge, stort rum med havsutsikt.

Frukosten var inte så bra, varken kvalitet i det som serverades eller service. Svårt med specialkost (glutenfritt). En del personal hade svårt m engelskan.

The room is a good size and the beach is nice with great waves.

Do not stay here! Although the room is a good size that is where the positive comments end. The hotel advertises soundproofing but with balcony doors that have a gap the rooms are noisy. There is also a train track over the road to add to the disturbance. The shower was always cold. The balcony is dirty and had pigeon poo and 2 horrible plastic chairs if you did dare to venture out. They are also having another floor added so expect banging all day. The pool towels offered were very old, dirty and stained so were returned. The replacements were better but still not great. If you want a hairdryer, hand towel or coffee in your room you need to ask. Breakfast is mundane. You can have either a fruit juice or some fruit. You can have either toast or cereal. Eggs with cheese and sausages. Not great and by day 3 we went elsewhere for breakfast. We tried talking to the hotel but received no response and have complained to Booking.com who also have received no reply from the hotel. They simply don’t care which is pretty much the attitude we had from them whenever we spoke to them.

Очень шумно, музыка с уличных кафе долбила до 2ч утра и в 8 утра снова включили, спать невозможно, очень громко, все слышно Постели грязные, со следами крови …. Это вообще треш

Personal sehr nett, Essen war gut, Strand sauber u schön, liegen toll. Badezimmer sehr gut u Bett bequem. Als 2 scharben da waren, kam sofort putzteam und alles perfekt
