The room was brand new, lots of decors

For the price charged, I expected a bit more. It seems that the value prop is confused between a serviced hotel / apartment or a hotel room The unit was beautiful with a great view and brand new furniture. There was a stove, however there were no cooking implements. There was a room service menu provided though. So we brought food but were unable to cook. The walk in closet was great also but it could use a mirror. The bed was covered with a flat sheet and a duvet so the cover was coming off with the movement of the kids, proper beddings with fitted sheets would help It was a 1 br unit that technically fits a small family. Kids stay for free. However, every movement requirems payment, extra mattress was 600, extra towel was additional 100 pesos, at the pool side, a chair is 5 pesos and there's charge for a table as well... So i'm confused about the lux value that Aeon Lux is proposing. I'm also disappointed because I booked the property for the gym advertised on booking.com only to find out that the gym was closed for renovation indefinitely. I hope the listing will be udpated as a simple amanity as a gym is crucial for some. We traveled for a sports competition and the gym was essential.
