Staff nice

I reserve and pay for deluxe room but when I come over to the hotel they told me we change ur room to different grade room !! When ask why they told high demand!! I told them but I payed for deluxe standard and I get confirmation for this !! They keep saying we sorry

Staff were very helpful with queries and assisted us every time we needed help with big smiles on face, especially Shiela , Rica and erica.. Location was awesome next to mall.. Great room size and good shower.. Got all basic amenities needed like fridge, microwave, plates etc

No Aircon in corridors and lift.. No housekeeping every day but they help you if you need to change towels asap, so not big issue.. Breakfast is more for locals and not much choices for international visitors, plus plate system and very small portion..Buffet is rare..

everything was good and the staff were really kind and accomodating to us. also the ambiance and the cleanliness is really good. No hassle in parking as well. No hassle in check in nor check out and a very accessible to the mall as well.

Not a hotel but a small flat. But spacious and nice room.

You had to pick the breakfast the day before and tell what time you would want it. Not really nice space to sit and eat the breakfast

The staff was very helpful and nice, we got all the help we needed. The food was delicious and very good prices. We got a very good help from a staff called Glee, and wonderful drinks from the bartender!

Breakfast was mostly great. Staff were corteous, respectful and helpful i providing relevant tourist information.

Corridors on 23rd floor were extremely warm. HVAC system not functioning throughout my stay? Doors into HVAC ducts were mostly opened, thought was unsafe as unauthorized persons could access them.

stained bedsheet, rug needed vacuuming, water leaked out of airconditioning unit onto my face but in fairness the staff quickly attended to my complaints

It was so nice and everything is just perfect to relax.
