"Minha família recomenda o hotel"

O hotel é excelente. Muito limpo e bem cuidado, camas confortáveis e roupas de cama novas. Os funcionários são extremamente educados, simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem fresco e variado. Área da piscina muito bem cuidada, assim como todas as áreas de lazer do hotel. Com certeza será nossa escolha na próxima viagem a Diamantina.

Não houve nada que não gostássemos, mas só queria deixar duas sugestões: os banheiros sem janela poderiam ter um exaustor e os preços do bar da piscina não são muito atrativos visto as opções oferecidas.

"Excelente hotel em Diamantina"

Atendimento da equipe, facilidade no check-in, café da manhã, conforto da cama e limpeza da roupa de cama/cobertores. Hotel possui boa piscina aquecida, fundamental na cidade.

Banheiro muito apertado (vaso sanitário e box), sendo desproporcional ao tamanho do quarto, poderia ser bem maior!

Estacionamento amplo, boa área de lazer, café da manha muito bom.

Orientações na recepção, não nos foi avisado que o serviço de quarto teria que solicitar, desta forma ficamos sem limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia, um pouco distante do centro, mas pra quem está de carro não é problema.
