The stuff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The food diversity should be improved and it would be nice putting short explanation of food in English for non-Serbian customers.

Boravili smo u ovom predivnom hotelu i oduševljeni smo! Hotel je topao, prostran i savršeno prilagođen porodicama. Poseban plus je dečija igraonica. Ono što nas je posebno impresioniralo je pažnja osoblja, a posebno glavnog kuvara Zorana. Ne samo da je obezbedio vrhunske obroke, već je i lično obilazio goste kako bi se uverio da je sve u redu. Pored svoje profesionalnosti, našao je vremena i da se podruži sa decom, što nas je posebno oduševilo. Njegov trud i pažnja prema detaljima zaista čine razliku. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj hotel i jedva čekamo da se vratimo!

Great food, accessible slopes for toddlers, comfortable rooms.

The room was spacious and looked just like the pictures. I liked the underfloor heating and the cute terrace. The parking lot is spacious and you can usually find a parking space. The restaurant is nice, but the food served is mostly greasy and salty, so there aren't many healthy options.

One of the things that bothered us the most was the constant noise in the corridor (the noise was mainly made by small children running, shouting or playing with the elevator) early in the morning, during the day and after 10 pm which was unbearably heard in the rooms and the fact that none of the employees in the accommodation wanted to do anything about that. We also had too many expectations from the spa center (if you can call it that). It was a room with a bio sauna and a hot bath. It is very small and there is no bathrobes, and most important there is no drinking water near sauna, which is necessary!
