Robertson Public House and Kitchen

The staff and very nice and easy to talk to. The food and drink is very nice and bar is good.

The rooms are clean but the stairs up are steep the walls are all banged up from taking luggage up and down the stairs. There is 4 rooms we had 3 rooms booked. There is 2 tiolet shower rooms at bottom of hall that the 4 rooms share. 1 shower room is clean and newly decor the other is old and needs the same doing to it. We can here the bar through the floor but it stops at 10pm but the traffic on the road you can hear very clearly through the poor windows and that road gets busy at 5am. Good for a workman one night stay over but that's it

The road out front is very noisy early.

Breakfast not available, but accessible at a very close lovely cafe which was excellent. Friendly staff

Shared kitchenette w coffee / tea / water not serviced adequetely. Glasses & mugs needed repleneshing. No spoons to enable adding sugar the second night I stayed. NOISY - a function on downstairs; very noisy upstairs.

Food in the pub downstairs was so good. Noise in the pub stopped at around 10pm, as it was a weekday. Beds were really comfortable.

Very steep stairs to get up to the accommodation, noise from pub is very audible in rooms. This didn't bother me, as I didn't go to sleep until later, but might bother others.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Narrow steep stairs up to my room. No facilities in the room, not even a hand basin. Not value for money.
