I was overcharged. They charged 3000 extra from me. I told them the booking.com amount but they still overcharged me. They also asked me to cancel my booking.com booking.

The location was good, clean and secure. The hotel was very safe.

The service needs to improve. Room service after cleaning the room, didn’t keep the fresh towels and toilet accessories.

"This is not a five star facility and I would not recommend it for family stay at all. Very disappointed"

Location, cleanliness and rooms

The staff is unprofessional and culturally insensitive. Banging on the door in middle of night for return of room’s key claiming that it has been given by mistake is unacceptable behaviour.

"Worst hotel stay away from this hotel"

1 of the worst hotel I ever stayed staff was very rude and not helpful room was disgusting smelly room no tea or coffee facilities and fridge was awful dirty
