ロケーションは、窓から富士山が見えました感動した、周りに、多くの飲食店が、有り、私達の場合は部屋が温泉♨️の前に有り2回も入りました部屋が一階に有り、もし不慮の事故の場合も逃げやすい1階がおすすめです、お世話になりました。

女性、男性のアメニティを用意して欲しかった、部屋にもティーパックのお茶か、コーヒー他のホテルの様なサービスの充実女性用のヘヤーブラシ等、料金をもう少し上げて夜も、バイキングで良いから外へ出無くて良い用に私達の今回は天気が良かったから、良いけど雨が降ったら食事に行かれない別料金で夜バイキングが有れば良いのだけど又機会が、有れば宜しくお願いします🙇。

分りやすい立地ですぐ見つけられて良かった。 スタッフの接客も適切。 入室用システムはセキュリテイが上手く扱えて気に入った。 温泉は混雑しておらず満足。

部屋が狭くバッグを広げられる機材が無く不便だったので装備してほしい。 ベッドの高さが低すぎで立ち上がるのに苦労した。あと数ｃｍ高ければ良かった。 ベッドマットが柔らかすぎで枕が硬くて高い。

Location was perfect.. hosts were 💯 .. breakfasts were unbelievable.. had onsen .. very small but enjoyable.. .. rooms are small but comfortable!

"Incredible stay"

What a hotel! Waking up to a view of Mt. Fuji from our bed was incredible! Staff were fabulous, room was large and clean with comfortable beds and the additional benefit of choosing our own pillows was amazing.

Parking not being right outside wasn’t ideal during the pouring rain but couldn’t be helped.
