Unfortunately our booking was cancelled on the morning of our check-in, despite the booking being a non-refundable room option. Upon calling the hotel we were informed that it had been cancelled due to non-payment of deposit and that we should not have been able to book these rooms as we were non resident Indians! We were then offered another hotel in a different location within Jalandhar at a greater cost.
