Snídaně Výborná ,paní recepční bezkonkurenční. Obsluha se moc dobře starala.Zamluvili jsme si místo na příští rok.

Do pater chybí výtah.Starší lidé mají problémy.

Skvělá paní recepční, takhle nápomocného člověka už jsem dlouho nezažila. Perfektní prozákaznický přístup. Velmi dobrá snídaně. Sice jsem nerozlouskla, jak použít kávovar, ale paní opět pomohla. Nevím, jak to dělá, ale vždycky je tam, kde je potřeba. Jako kdyby četla myšlenky 👍Ocenila jsem i minidětský koutek v restauraci pro snídaně.

Na delší pobyt s malými dětmi to není. Prodloužený víkend max.

Snídaně byla vynikající. Lokalita dle přání ve středu města. Možnost parkování v blízkosti hotelu.

Blízkost hlavní hlučné silnice. Není to však Vaše chyba. Stím se nedá nic dělat. Nakonec to byla moje volba. S tím jsem musel počítat.

"Víkend s přítelem a rodiči v Luhačovicích"

Paní recepční byla velmi milá a sehnala nám na snídani bezlepkovou i bezlaktózovou stravu. Nikde jsme to nehlásili, vždy si vozíme sami, ale hned, jak to zjistila, tak běžela do obchodu něco nám koupit. Za to jí moc děkujeme ❤️ Pokoj byl čistý, hezký, v lázeňském stylu. Hotel nabízí wellness, ale to jsme časově nestihli. Hotel je v dobré poloze, kousek od Kolonády. Parkování zdarma za hotelem. WiFi zdarma a fungující 🙏😊 děkujeme za krásný víkend.

Do budoucna by to chtělo klimatizaci, na pokoji bylo příšerné vedro. V pokoji sice byl ventilátor, ale bohužel to moc nepomohlo.
