Das Frühstück war gut

Ich hatte eine Unterkunft ebenerdig oder mit Aufzug angefragt. Mitgeteilt wurde mit „kein Problem“. Wir mussten dann ins 1. OG mit schwerem Gepäck über mehrere Treppen. Am ersten Tag war jemand da, der tragen half, danach haben wir niemanden mehr gesehen. Ich bin mit starken Schmerzen, durch die Schlepperei, nach 2 Tagen wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wenn ich extra eine Behindertengerechte Unterkunft anfrage und dann soetwas bekomme, geht das für mich gar nicht.
