Grüne Au Hotel

,This should not be displayed as a hotel its a refuge or hostel at best,no staff on arrival at 20-30 so could get no information on where we could get something to eat and drink, bare bulb light with exposed wiring in room and dirty curtain and windows,when i contacted the manager and asked to cancel i was shouted at on the phone,told you people have no respect and i would not be getting any refund and i should just go find and pay for another hotel, i travel regularly throughout europe and more often than not use bookings for last minute hotels, in memory this is the worst accommodation i have found through the app,and is the first i have ever given a bad rating and price wise around what i usually pay so not expensive but not cbeap,if i could have lowered my scores i would,,TRAVELLERS BEWARE

- literally no staff there and no information on what to do when you arrive. we waited outside confused for awhile and then called just to be told that the key was in the door and room was unlocked (like we were supposed to know that before) - smells weird. like musty and mildew - mattresses were just not good, but whatever - there was a towel on the bathroom floor that was extremely crunchy - on our checkout day a lady literally unlocked our door and burst in without knocking while we were asleep (around 8:30am) when we were told we had to be out by 11 (i assume it was a staff member, hopefully) - again no info on what to do to checkout. ended up just leaving the key in the room and left - also don’t expect much from this location it’s a very small town but that’s not the hotel’s fault
