・大浴場があった ・朝食バイキングが食べられた ・ベッドが広々としていてとても快適に過ごせた ・ユニットバスだが、室内が広めなのでユニットバス特有の狭苦しさを感じなかった ・乾燥機つきなので、洗濯しやすかった ・コーヒーサービスがあった ・駅チカでアクセスしやすい

・フロア移動手段がエレベーター一基のみで、待ち時間が長かった。また、非常階段は施錠されていた為利用出来なかった ・ルームカードキー差込で照明が点く仕様だが、カードを抜くと照明だけでなくエアコンもとまってしまい、部屋を冷やしていても少し外に出ていたら室温が上がってしまっていた。
