Caloosa Cove Resort by CoolVacay

Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Strand waren sehr schön, mit super Ausblick auf das Meer. Einchecken nach der Bürozeit und auch das auschecken waren einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr nette und höffliche Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer waren groß, 2 Bäder.

Die Couch war sehr ungemütlich zum schlafen, ein Bettbezug war mit Flecken und Handtücher waren teilweise auch mit Flecken. Unser Zimmer hatte mittelmäßigen Ausblick auf das Meer, obwohl die Anlage gefühlt leer war.

The pool was wonderful, clean and warm! Beautiful view. The Staff was more than accommodating especially Steve who showed us around when we got there to Q in the office, she met us with the biggest smile every time we walked in or walked by the office, she gave us great suggestions on where to go from Cuban coffee to food. The kitchen in the room had everything needed and we had 2 bathrooms!!! Made it so nice to get ready to go out!

The pillow could have been a little less thick, need some softer ones, and the tv in living room part was older and did not even have full picture on the screen and no apps on that one. The bedroom one did but had to watch at an angle as it was not on dresser in front of of bed it was on the side one.

At de ikke tilbød et bedre værelse da der næsten ingen belægning var. Højest 10 værrelser belagt den tid vi var der.

Difficulty to access sea from resort beach

The rooms were extremely clean and nicely situated on beach front. The pool area was always clean. The property was always kept very clean as well. The room was situated looking at the ocean with the pool in between. The room had ask the amenities you could want. The staff at the front desk was always accommodating.

Our bed was not made every day.
