Easy to get around . Parking was close Staff was wonderful!!!

Airconditioning was loud. Did not cool as well as we like

- spaceous room with kitchen and 2 rooms - very good pool with lots of toys for kids - ocean access and view - proximity to places of interest - private parking nearby - 2 clean and tidy bathrooms w showers

- Sofa is not very comfortable to sleep - AC unit far from the main bed (separated by semi-wall) so kids sleeping in small room near AC either need to freeze or parents will be hot

Great location, clean facilities, the pool and location to the beach were great. Gas station, marina and restaurant steps away. I needed to wash my clothes, and I didn't have money on me, so the office staff fronted the coins until I was able to go to an ATM and repay them. Very accommodating and peaceful resort with plenty of parking.

The TV was a bit of a mess. I kept getting a WiFi logon screen, which had nothing to do with the tv, and had learn how to get rid of the pop-up message so I could get to the actual TV programming. For someone who isn't technical, this will probably get a lot of complaints.

Veel locaties op de Keys liggen langs de hoofdweg, waardoor ze makkelijk bereikbaar zijn. het hotel was simpel, maar schoon, de kamer is voorzien van een complete keuken. Tegen een hele kleine vergoeding kan je wassen en drogen, erg fijn als je lang op vakantie bent! Personeel erg vriendelijk\ Er waren tijdens ons verblijf niet veel gasten, daardoor lekker rustig

Wij hadden een kamer voor 3 personen, bij binnenkomst 1 groot bed, nagevraagd bij de receptie, er stond een stoel die je als 1 persoonsbed kon uitklappen, daar hebben we alle 3 1 nacht op geslapen, die was vreselijk! Wel laten weten dat als je voor 3 personen boekt het dan wel zo netjes is als het 3e bed dan al opgemaakt is Er hangt hangt bij het zwembad een bord met voorcschriften, niemand hield zich daaraan, was niemand van het hotel die dat controleerde, dat vind ik dan jammer, persoonlijk kan ik me er best aan storen als mensen zich niet houden aan de geldende regels

La limpieza tanto dentro como afuera , la tranquilidad, el personal muy amables . La piscina súper clear y limpia . Nos encanta este sitio .

I loved that room had balcony and kitchen.

Housekeeping came to my trim an hour before check out asking when I was leaving and just stood outside. Felt rushed.
